Description
The lease is for the full academic year, from Fall 2025 to Spring 2026. Rent is $1075 each. One person will stay in the hall and the other in the room for 6 months, then switch. Both of us will have private spaces throughout the year.
Utilities are around $30–$50. No smoking or drinking allowed. Looking for someone who is okay with that.
